Return Policy

We want you to love your swimwear, but if for any reason you`re not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you`re package is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that we do not accept returns on swimwear that has been worn, washed or altered.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at Tropica@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for return in the mail.
  2. You will then received a mail from us. Then follow the instructions you receive via email for how to print out the return label.
  3. Pack the swimwear securely, including the original packaging, and ship it back to us at the address provided by our team.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of our team.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item or size. We do not offer exchanges on items that have been worn, washed or altered.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us at Tropica@gmail.com immediately if you received a defective or incorrect item. We will provide a prepaid return label to cover return shipping cost.
